Creating a ThinkLeo account is free, and many worksheets are free to download. This policy applies only if you pay for a ThinkLeo plan. It sits alongside our Terms of Use.
1. Free trials
If a plan comes with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends from your account page and you will not be charged at all. We email you before a trial ends.
2. Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan will not renew, and you keep access to everything you paid for until the end of the current billing period.
3. When you can get a full refund
- New plans: if you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: if a plan renewed and you meant to cancel, ask within 14 days of the renewal payment and we will refund it in full.
- Mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund the extra payment in full.
After 14 days we do not give partial refunds for the time left in a billing period, but cancelling stops any further payments.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@thinkleo.org from the address you use for ThinkLeo. Please tell us the date and amount of the payment, and the payment method you used. You do not need to send card details. We usually reply within two working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same card, wallet or account you paid with, through the same payment provider (for example Visa, Mastercard or PayPal). Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or provider. If we refund a plan, access to its paid worksheets ends.
6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and changes will not affect payments made before the update.
