These terms apply to your use of thinkleo.org and the worksheets and other materials on it (together, “ThinkLeo”). By creating an account or using ThinkLeo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ThinkLeo.
1. Who can use ThinkLeo
Accounts are for adults: parents, guardians, homeschooling families and teachers. Children may use ThinkLeo worksheets with an adult’s help, but they should not create accounts. You are responsible for the activity on your account, so keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
2. Using our worksheets
All worksheets, illustrations, characters (including Leo the giraffe) and text on ThinkLeo are owned by ThinkLeo or used with permission. When you download a worksheet, we give you a personal, non-transferable permission to:
- print and copy it for your own children, or for the students you teach;
- use it at home, in a classroom, in tutoring or in a homeschool group.
You may not:
- sell, share or send the files to others, or upload them to other websites, shared drives or social media groups (please share a link to ThinkLeo instead);
- remove the ThinkLeo name or copyright notices, or claim the worksheets as your own;
- use the worksheets in products or services you sell, or to train AI models;
- copy or download the site in bulk with automated tools.
3. Free and paid content
Creating an account is free, and many worksheets are free. If we offer paid plans, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and payments are handled by the payment provider you choose. Any trial terms will be stated on the plan or checkout page, and our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse ThinkLeo. For example, do not try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, interfere with the site, upload harmful files, or use ThinkLeo for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Our content and availability
We work hard to make our worksheets accurate and suitable for young children, but they are provided “as is”. Please check that a worksheet is right for your child or class, and supervise young children when they use scissors, glue or crayons. We may add, change or remove worksheets and features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.
6. Responsibility
As far as the law allows, ThinkLeo is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or worksheets. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including our approach to children’s data.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using ThinkLeo at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@thinkleo.org. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you if we do.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let account holders know. If you keep using ThinkLeo after a change, the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
